Honey Whipped Cream
Makes 1 1/4 cups
Whip this up just before serving. It doesn’t contain stabilizer, so is best when made just a few minutes in advance.
1 cup heavy cream
1-2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered honey
Assemble the pitcher of a blender. Pour the cream into the pitcher. Blend on low until the cream thickens, about 1-3 minutes. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over the thickened cream. Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the honey into the cream. Add more honey to taste.
