Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix

Having this flour pre-mixed simplifies any recipe that calls for all-purpose flour. The heaviness of the white rice flour is balanced by the airiness of the tapioca flour. Arrowroot powder adds extra amino acids and minerals. The result is a harmonious all-purpose flour mix.
1 ¾ cups white rice flour
1 ¾ cups tapioca flour
½ cup arrowroot powder
In a large bowl combine white rice flour, tapioca flour, and arrowroot powder. Mix until thoroughly combined, about 2 minutes. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
